Our experienced staff can assist you in gathering information, planning, and coordinating your memorable event.



Delivery/Pick-up Services

Ambassador Tent Rental’s experienced delivery staff services Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio. The delivery/pick-up fee is based on travel time. There will be additional charges for the following delivey services:

1) After hours delivery/pick-up
2) Same day delivery/pick-up
3) Time-important delivery/pick-up
4) 2nd floor delivery/pick-up
5) Excessive distance from truck to set-up site

* Delivery fees quoted may change after site inspection.



Set-up/Strike

Ambassador Tent Rental provides general placement with delivery. Detailed placement/set-up of tables, chairs, linens, and dinnerware is available for an additional charge.These arrangements must be scheduled prior to delivery.
